Hi @Catarina Ferreira, absolutely!
You will hardly have the clarity you think you need to take the step, the leap of faith, or the decision.
Nevertheless, there are a couple of tools that might help!
For any professional decision/change, I usually mind map to figure it out, at least to visually have a better understanding of the rationale for the decisions, and it also helps for emotions :)
That simple mind map really helps...
Questions I ask myself:
- What I love to do
- What I don't like to do
- Which type of company attracts me
- Which type of leader
- What is my salary expectation
etc...
Hope it helps!

Subject: The Illusion of Career Clarity
Most people want clarity before they take action.
But clarity doesn't come first - movement does.
You don't find direction by thinking harder.
You find it by testing, failing, adjusting, and trying again.
Clarity is a result, not a requirement.
Start moving. The path reveals itself.
